Advent By Candlelight is a women’s event held each year at Orchard Grove.  Advent is a time we dedicate to focus and prepare our hearts on the true gift of Christmas, Jesus Christ.  It marks the start of the Christmas season and is a way for women to relax before the hustle and bustle of the season begins.

Advent is a great opportunity to connect with the women in your life during the holiday season in a very meaningful way.  This is a wonderful time to invite your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to enjoy this special Christmas event with you. 

The worship center will be transformed into a banquet room with an elegant holiday setting for a program that will include a candlelight ceremony, special music, a seasonal message with coffee, tea and desserts.  What really will make this event unique are our hostesses who will create an inviting and special atmosphere where women can come experience the joy of Christmas in a very special way.

HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE

You can participate by hosting a table by yourself or co-hosting with friend and inviting the special women in your life as your guests.  You can also order a dessert torte from Elite Sweets for $20 that will be delivered to Orchard Grove on the day of Advent. View the torte options HERE.

You are also welcome to come as a guest of Orchard Grove and we will seat you at one of our tables.

This year we are asking all attendees for a suggested donation of $10. A portion of this will go to Orchard Grove, the other portion will go to a charity supporting women’s issues. More details will be provided during the program. Donations will be collected at Advent.
